4hr visit & my hair didn’t look much different. Looked like a balayage attempt rather than highlights. They faded mostly to nothing after a wash.
Offered another appointment 2wks later to brighten, rather than the 50% refund I’d asked for so I could get it done at my old stylist.
No apology & it was suggested that it was a ‘misunderstanding between me & stylist.’
I've had to pay again to get the bright highlights I’d originally asked for at my old place. Tot cost: £135
Shocked & upset. :(

Matthew was lovely and my haircut was exactly what I was looking for - he seemed to know what he was doing and I'm very pleased with my new haircut, no complaints!!

I decided to change up what I usually get and go for a more natural blonde, I wasn’t sure how it would come out. But Matthew was amazing and it came out better than I pictured. So happy with it!
