Quiet weekday afternoon appointment, was offered a drink immediately and had a good chat with the stylist throughout. She did a quick but effective consultation at the start, and kept checking in on my thoughts on the process. Finished hairstyle went beyond my expectations so very pleased - but in hindsight would have happily paid for a toner treatment as the colour (half head highlights) is a little brassy. Really nice and chatty atmosphere in the salon.

Great service again, friendly staff, everything on time and I walked out with the cut and style I wanted (even if I didn’t know what I wanted when I walked in!). My hair feels much healthier and is shined and bouncy.
The app is so easy to use and makes life easier for me when I can’t call during the day.

Really friendly staff and a welcoming environment. My appointment had to be changed slightly due to the member of staff not being in at that time but was done easily with my timescale being accounted for. My hair looked brilliant even with me going in with little idea of what I wanted - Emma did her magic and I was very pleased with the result. Thank you.
