Quiet weekday afternoon appointment, was offered a drink immediately and had a good chat with the stylist throughout. She did a quick but effective consultation at the start, and kept checking in on my thoughts on the process. Finished hairstyle went beyond my expectations so very pleased - but in hindsight would have happily paid for a toner treatment as the colour (half head highlights) is a little brassy. Really nice and chatty atmosphere in the salon.

Great service again, friendly staff, everything on time and I walked out with the cut and style I wanted (even if I didn’t know what I wanted when I walked in!). My hair feels much healthier and is shined and bouncy.
The app is so easy to use and makes life easier for me when I can’t call during the day.
