Rang me at 10.10am when my appointment was at 1030am to say they were booked up and offered me an afternoon appointment, which wasn’t suitable as I was going to a party at midday.

They cancelled on me when I got to the shop. Very unprofessional and unorganised. I understand it was a last minute appointment but I booked it 30min in advance so they had time to call me and cancel or rearrange

Emma is a brilliant hair stylist my hair is in such bad condition from bleaching it was broken of in chunks all over and the cut has got rid of the broken hair and it even looked thicker,, Thanks Emma i was so happy
