Ordered my treatment, received confirmation email so traveled to salon. I arrived and they had no knowledge of my booking, said that the girl who was in charge of Treatwell was on holiday and wouldn’t be able to cut my hair. I said I had booked this as I was working tomorrow and had a wedding to go to early Saturday so could they fit me in Friday. Absolutely no availability and the overall service was highly unprofessional and I left upset and angry. They didn’t try to fit me in at a later time just said they couldn’t help me. Awful
