However, after reaching the venue was appointed a different stylist (with no reason provided) which wasn't an issue for me (as long the haircut is good). The stylist was alright and did her job v v quietly (usually all of the stylist have a chat throughout the appointment to make the customer comfortable and to have a better idea about the haircut required etc.). The only thing I wasn't very happy about was the hair dryer the stylist used, as it was too hot and had to stop the stylist three times during styling my hair post trim.

got to the desk at the time my appt was booked for, they said the appointment wasn't on the system so i should return in 2 hrs. went elsewhere as did not have the time for that. good job I didn't pre-pay

Hair colour was great but because they was closing they rushed the end of my hair it wasn't dry and ready and was full of grease from the product they put in I had to go home and re wash my hair and style it for the night out wasn't happy.
