Staff are very friendly and professional; they are clearly trained to a high standard in all aspects of hair care and styling. Salon could have been a bit cleaner given that they were not busy and some members of staff weren't doing anything, e.g. hair on the counters and on the floor - but that's just me being fussy! They didn't push any products on me which is always a relief.
