This was my first ever massage and I was not entirely sure wether the session would be worthwhile. However, Fiona provided an excellent service and she was professional, friendly and caring throughout my 60 minute holistic massage. She managed to identify a number of 'hot spots' in my muscles, and dealt with them calmly and re-assuringly. It was a very soothing, pleasant experience, and I'll be back for another session in a couple of weeks perhaps more focussed on a problem area. The only minor niggle was an inability to pay using my card because her technology let her down. Luckily, I had enough cash so a potentially awkward situation was averted. Finally, I liked her loyalty card approach. Overall, 'Well done, Fiona!'
