I had my first (of hopefully many) waxing appt with Fran. As a blind woman, it takes a lot for me to trust someone with waxing but Fran came highly recommended and lived up to every word. She instantly put me to ease and guided me through the waxing process. She ensured that I was comfortable. I am definitely revisiting. Fran also needs to consider opening global franchises so that every woman can have a waxing buddy like her.
