Fran is the most amazing lash tech and waxer I’ve ever visited! She bought new shields because she knew I preferred a more lifted lash, and spends time to remember each client and whether they have sensitive skin, special preferences, etc. She really is the best of the best! Thank you Fran! ❤️💕
