Fran is wonderful. Professional, skilled, experienced, and also welcoming, warm and putting one immediately at ease. The space is bright and beautifully decorated, easy to get to, and feels like a tranquil oasis where to get pampered. I’ll definitely be back, it’so refreshing to feel at ease in a beauty salon - no more dark, small, poorly ventilated basement rooms and improvised therapists: Fran is my new go-to.
