Really cut experience and I love my new hair now!

Will definitely go back to this salon! It wasn’t really busy and noisy which I liked and I felt comfortable straight away, which I wasn’t expecting as I was nervous about going to get my hair cut wearing a mask etc! Andy was lovely and had a calming presence, he listened to what I wanted and checked I was happy along the way. I love the cut and how he styled my hair after too! Very reasonably priced too. I shall return for sure!

I asked for a balayage and showed pictures of what I wanted and got more of a streaky mess! To be fair my haircut was fine however with the balayage there was no blending - I had a few random streaks where I part my hair. I asked for an ash blonde and got more of a gold brass. I know you cannot achieve blonde the first time but I wish I could attach pictures for you to see what I mean! I’ve now had to pay to get my hair corrected elsewhere.
