My lash lift was poor. It’s been one week and it hasn’t lasted at all (I kept my lashes dry and make up free for 48 hours after). The atmosphere at the salon was not relaxing at all. People kept coming in the room by mistake. I wasn’t told what was going on at all throughout the procedure.

It’s very difficult to find a good hairdresser for women’s very short hair. You need a person massively attentive to detail and who knows the best cut for you head and face shape. I think I may have found it at Connection - Mike was brilliant and understood what I was after with minimal explanation. He took his time to make sure it was exactly right; again, it’s all about the detail for short hair. Can safely say was one of the best pixie cuts I’ve had and will definitely be back.

Booked a last-minute appointment to have about 2 inches cut off and Becky was absolutely amazing! She was very skilled and knowledgeable (and we had a great chat!) and my hair turned exactly the way I hoped it would. Great atmosphere, very clean, and super happy with the result. Will definitely be returning!
