I booked for a pedicure & biac nails, I really think it doesn’t make any difference if you go to the trouble of booking an appointment as everyone who walks in gets priority! I was left waiting after my pedicure as at least two people who were after me and didn’t have an appointment were treated!!! The whole thing took over 1hour and 45 minutes!!!! Far too long!!! The staff are very nice but the salon needs more & it needs a co ordinated appointment system so that clients can get quick services
