Very lovely, experienced and friendly people working here :) The only thing I would comment on is that I booked specifically for 1pm and planned my day around it. I was waiting quite a while to get started, so got out a lot later than expected and had to cancel plans. It would be nice if you were seen to at the time you booked. I know they take walk ins, but booked slots should take priority.
