I booked an appointment with Richard but when I arrived, it was clear this place didn't really do that - instead you joined the queue. I never saw Richard. The technician used an electric file to remove my shellac rather than soaking, which is known to thin your nails. My treatment swapped between a few people, one person to file, one to paint and one to check / take payment. Does the job but I probably won't return. Cash only.

They do an ok job but each time I book they find a reason to charge me more on the day than what is paid online in advance. This time they said I chose a more expensive colour - some of the colours were labelled as more expensive but this one wasn't which is why I chose it. They didn't mention anything until after it was done. It was an extra £15 so not a small surcharge and one I feel should have been mentioned before they applied the colour.

I was waiting for 40mins even though I had appt booked, so mentioned this to the staff who then seemed to rush everything, so it was not a very nice experience. It was busy and overbooked, they need to sort out their systems. Staff are not friendly
