Pedicure was very good. Guy that done the pedi said done and mover onto someone else.Wasn't happy on leaving to be shouted at across the shop being asked in front of 6 other customer have I paid. I said yes i have i can show you I booked on line to then be asked, name from someone else to scroll through their phone and to be told yes so if you had checked when I said my name and that I had booked online when i came in you would have known that I had paid. Customer service pretty rubbish

I had booked my treatment for 10am but was early. They still accommodated me. My treatment was done expediently and expertly. I always recommend this nail parlour to all my friends as I have never had a bad treatment as Cookham nails. Please keep up the excellent standards. Thankyou
