My manicure was done at the same time as my pedicure, so there was no light to support the small fiddly parts like cleaning up the cuticle. Anna's colleague started the manicure but he managed to cut into my skin around the nail bed and it bled. It is slightly swollen today. Anna took over and was much more gentle and my nails look great.

Overall a great experience however when finishing I was advised that the coat was £35 even tho I paid for both nail art which I didn’t get and the full set for £31 so don’t pay online and take cash.
