Has no technique in doing the eyebrows, does not know how to handle the thread and used tweezers a lot inspite of telling her and my eyebrow started to bleed as well. Horrible experience, will definitely not advise to anyone.

Really nice staff. Unfortunately my full head of highlights (£90) did not turn out as I wanted. I asked for thin/fine highlights, and got quite big thick ones (therefore the overall effect was just one colour rather than broken up with my natural hair colour), and as the foils weren't left in long enough at the front the final result is yellow/orange, rather than ash blonde.
