The lady was lovely, did exactly what I asked and was finished within 20 mins
Had a really poor haircut with Sally at Cool Cuts. I arrived and had my hair washed straight away without the stylist looking to see what my hair was currently like or asking me what I wanted. I asked for a trim and she took off half an inch from the right side of my head working round towards the left. When checking that both sides matched, the left was significantly shorter than the right and had to be adjusted. I asked for long layers which were chopped bluntly into my hair. The appointment finished with a poor blow dry with no products used. Having washed and styled my hair for the first time at home, I can now see the unevenness of the cut and where certain chunks of hair are longer than others. I would not recommend this salon, I feel like I’ve totally wasted my money and will have to go to another salon to have my hair fixed.
