Mo was really helpfully and was helpful with my child and was showing my child everything thst he was doing and was talking to him the whole time and interacting with him and kept reensuring him that it was ok

Skilled and patient stylist who dealt well with an upset child.
issue: when we arrived (early in the day, and ahead of time) we were told that the appointments were running 10-15 minutes late. Fine - it happens. This contrasted with our experience a fortnight before, when we phoned ahead to say we were running a bit late. The receptionist told us that anything more than 5 minutes late would mean us losing our slot and being charged.
Double standards: zero flex for us, plenty flex
for you.
