I have a daughter with special needs, so a simple hair cut can be a 'mission'. Chrissy works really well with my daughter, who doesn't keep still and can become agitated quite quickly. It makes an event that can be a nightmare into a somewhat manageable experience.

Mo was really helpfully and was helpful with my child and was showing my child everything thst he was doing and was talking to him the whole time and interacting with him and kept reensuring him that it was ok
