Chrissy was absolutely brilliant! It was our boy's very first haircut and emotions were high (to say the least!)
She was patient, caring, reassuring, and ended up doing a wonderful job, exactly what we wanted/described, despite a very wriggly and uncooperative 15 months old baby!
We are so grateful, and will definitely return!

Maybe they were having a bad day but service was not great, we were seen at least 30 minutes later even though I told them I really needed to be somewhere. An hour should have been more than enough for me to have the hair cut and get in time to where I needed to be. No much rush in helping me and the haircut was fine but really it was just a trim. Not great atmosphere, it just seemed a less happy/pleasant place to be. Might keep going back but definitively not a great experience this time.

We had a terrible experience. Noise, more than 30 minutes late with no apologies, not clean, and my kids were both telling me that the hairdresser was hurting them.

Cool Cuts was such a fun hairdressers for my toddler. Chrissy was really good with a very wriggly curious boy, she was fast, swift but still did a great cut with very persuasive distraction skills! Plus they had a Lightening McQueen car & a balloon to take home, what's not to love. Would highly recommend and will return for another cut. Thank you
