I would definitely NOT recommend and do NOT intend on going back.
I imagine there are some good stylists, but the one we got was AWFUL. My 4 year old daughter has long straight her and we just wanted a trim. After more than 45 minutes, her hair was at least 4 inches longer on one side of her shoulder than the other!!!!!
Another stylist took over and cut her hair after it had been dried, and straightened it out, but it ended up being much shorter than what we wanted. TERRIBLE

Good cut / blow dry and manicure package. But we got ripped off with the price. We booked the normal cut for my older one and upon arrival got told my daughters hair was too long and I’d pay £47 instead of £31 which is way over budget. I also booked a manicure for my younger daughter. My older didn’t want the manicure that was included in her package deal so I hoped my younger daughter could take over, but I was charged separately and left paying £53. Nice experience but a rip off! Won’t return

Having an autistic son and going to hairdressers is very hard and every time we come here the same lady makes us feel so calm and she understands and makes everything brilliant we love coming here and its the only place we will ever go. Thank you soo much for caring and being so professional at what you do.
