So I asked Chrisy to cut my grandson’s hair so that it was all one length, the front of his hair was extremely long and really needed to be cut, I actually wanted his hair to be approximately the same length as the back of his head so overall his hair was one length but still have length. When Chrisy had finished it was actually way shorter than I was instructed to have done to his hair, I got hold off by his parents and they have stated that I will not be taking him for a haircut in the future.

The girls had a lovely time. It was lots of fun, the haircuts were great and the hairdresser lovely and I even got my fringe cut !

The man gave such a horrendous cut that Chrissy had to step in to fix it. She is great, but the overall experience was very stressful because we were there for an hour due to incompetence of the first person, unfortunately. At this price, ALL stylists should be good! If I do return it will be only to see Chrissy.

Chrissy made sure my son was comfortable and made sure she explained to him what she was doing so that he wasn’t scared. She was also very patient with him.
