Really great first haircut
We went for my son’s first haircut. I didn’t want him to lose all his curls and the stylist did a great job in tidying his mop up while still keeping its character. Would go there again.

My daughter, now 6, has always had her hair cut at Cool Cuts. I've always been happy to pay £25 (now increased to £29) as the experience feels like a real treat. However, on this occasion the hairdresser decided my daughter's hair was "long and thick" which was never previously the case. Her hair isn't thick, and at a few inches below her shoulders I don't think it's long either. However, not wanting to disappoint my daughter, we stayed and paid an extortionate £45 for the cut! I won't be returning.

Lovely experience, they've really improved their service here as it used to be a bit chaotic but this time it was so lovely and friendly and they were exceptionally talented to be able to cut little kids hair so well!
