The employees were very professional. Chrissy kindly explained to our son that she was going to cut the sides of his hair. She did this because he became a little agitated.

The Hair dresser had no compassion and was rushing the haircut as my soon was crying my slot was 20min she try to do his hair in 5mins left a lot of excess hair and hadn’t charged baby clippers .
The toy car she try to put him in already had hair on it from the last child hair cut very dirty .
The only nice thing was a balloon & lolly pop at the end but was not worth £24 I would advise going online and purchasing baby quiet vibration clippers for the same price and do it my self
