I have visited several times before and had a positive experience with particular stylist (I think her name is Chrissy), although have had to wait a long time. The quality of the service previously made up for this.
This time we were made to wait (despite booking early), walk-ins jumped ahead, and then I was made to feel bad for pointing this out. My daughter's haircut was not great - uneven and he blow-dried her naturally curly straight whilst I was supervising son. Reluctant to return

Chrisy as always has been amazing with my son, he’s autistic and her patience and experience is always reassuring. He can throw a fit every now and then but her patience and understanding is second to no one.
