Experience was nice but my daughter has long thick hair which I did call up and explain then I was asked at the end to pay more money which I wasn’t too happy about as it was my first time attending the shop… in future to avoid this with other customers it’s important to have an option to explain the type of hair as the price is clearly different for a Caucasian individual to a ethnic individual

Fatima was very patient, kind and made my 2 year olds hair cut experience a very enjoyable one not to mention the hair cut was just what I had asked for.
