Main problem was that they were running 25 minutes late. Then there were lots of other children waiting which makes the whole environment feel tense and stressful. Rawia did her best and took her time with my daughter but overall feel was quite stressful.

Chrissy was amazing I honestly don’t know how she cut our little boys hair so well, he is 18 months and was not happy but she carried on and was so professional and the cut was amazing too!
