Was really disappointed with our experience here. The appointment was 45 + mins delayed. When it was my son’s turn he cried and we were told he was too young to get his haircut (he’s 14 months and I think it’s pretty common for children to get their haircut at this age if needed). They were in a rush so we weren’t given any time to soothe him and try again. He left with a laughably terrible half finished haircut that cost £30.
