Lovely pampering experience for our 8 year old girl. Far more than just a haircut!

While my daughter had a great experience for her haircut, I was v. disappointed by the pushy & insistent nature of hairdresser. When a mother of a 3 year old says no to something (nail polish), that’s the decision. You don’t force it. Won’t be back.

Always a pleasure getting my son’s hair cut in here, they are very friendly and reassuring. Francis was very happy with his haircut and balloon.

Our stylist was kind and interacted well with my daughter & me.
The salon felt quite chaotic - it was busy and some of the children weren’t very happy. Our stylist was being pulled in many different directions by other staff asking her for help.
I did not enjoy the experience - it felt a bit rushed and stressful.
Although the haircut was ok, I’m not sure that I would take my daughter here again. Sorry.
