We had a great experience for our little one's first ever haircut in a hairdresser. There was a bit of a wait - I wish they had mentioned it would be about 15-20 mins, especially as we'd arrived early, it's a long time to wait with a toddler who doesn't have a concept of time :) But the haircut was brilliant, the setup was great, loved being able to choose something himself on TV. Would recommend.

Amazing treatment. Staff were so understanding and the stylist was great with my daughter who has sensory issues and does not like her hair being touched. Very efficient and comforting
