Appointment time 12:40 -asked to come back 13:10. Extra wait time meant my 5 year old was restless- resulting in haircut that wasn’t short enough.
It was a busy Saturday so understand running late, what made our experience bad was the stylist blaming my son for cutting into her lunch time.
She then didn’t finish the hair the way we asked because she wanted lunch.
If we were seen on time her lunch wouldn’t have been delayed.
Didn’t appreciate my child being told he was to blame.
The hairdresser was fine, professional my problem is this hairdressers Over book that much there’s no space to sit, told to come back then mixed up times. Didn’t get who we actually booked with…
Lastly a dog was in the hairdressers how is this okay? What about allergies ?
I personally and my son didn’t like the dog was there. My son suffers from allergies.

More understanding around lateness caused by exceptional traffic and temp traffic lights on Park Road. Took 20 mins to travel down that one road. I called ahead to warn of lateness and was told all fine. Then called by another person 5 mins later, hassling me about late arrival and then guilt-tripping on arrival. It turned out to be fine as someone available to cut hair anyway, but the mix-up caused unnecessary stress. More understanding and patience needed.
