Unfortunately not a great experience. My son wasn't really in the mood to get a hair cut and also it was his 2nd haircut ever so he was a bit afraid. The man who was suppose to cut his hair didn't make the experience better. I felt like he didn't even try to befriend my son and ease him into the haircut. He also reeked of cigarettes. And we were charged an extra £15 for the overtime.

What a welcoming, friendly and fun environment! The kids both love it. Chrissie our stylist was delightful and incredibly helpful. She managed to smile throughout, stay calm and fun despite my kids' non-stop demands and moving around. We will be regulars here for some time!
