Overall we had a very good experience but the time we went was very busy. As such, my toddler got a bit nervous and enjoyed less the full experience.
I would definitely go again, but try to book for a less busy time.
Boys' Haircuts
We love this saloon normally but this time it was not a great experience. We had an appoinment at 5pm but had to wait an hour. My daughter did not get to sit in a car which she normally loves. Is it not the whole point to go to a child hair dresser?? A hair wash was not offered as usual and I had to ask them to wash her hair. It was a bit rushing rushing so it was not a nice relaxed treatment that you normally get. I travel from far just to make my daughter happy. Not sure if it is worth it anymore

Sadly there was a chaotic atmosphere and a 20 minute delay. Seems like too many children are booked in and everything is rushed. In no way a pleasure and I feel truly sorry for the staff working under those conditions.

Despite a lengthy wait, Christina have our son an excellent first haircut. She knew exactly how to keep him entertained and calm. The certificate is an added treat.
