Sadly there was a chaotic atmosphere and a 20 minute delay. Seems like too many children are booked in and everything is rushed. In no way a pleasure and I feel truly sorry for the staff working under those conditions.

Despite a lengthy wait, Christina have our son an excellent first haircut. She knew exactly how to keep him entertained and calm. The certificate is an added treat.

My little girl enjoyed having the hair cut, our stylist was really attentive and nice, and the haircut was really well done. We’ll definitely come back!
