Was really disappointed with our experience here. The appointment was 45 + mins delayed. When it was my son’s turn he cried and we were told he was too young to get his haircut (he’s 14 months and I think it’s pretty common for children to get their haircut at this age if needed). They were in a rush so we weren’t given any time to soothe him and try again. He left with a laughably terrible half finished haircut that cost £30.

Cool Cuts has been our 4 year old's hairdresser since his very first hair cut and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a specialist children's hairdresser! The hair stylists are true experts who clearly understand how scary a haircut, especially the very first one, can be for a child and are incredibly patient in getting the job done. The child friendly decor helps but it is the warm and friendly staff who make the experience enjoyable and memorable for both children and parents!

"I’m very happy with Fatima’s work; the results were amazing. She was very patient and detail-oriented, taking her time with my son. However, I expected more from the kids’ space, like offering a small prize or using kid-friendly scissors(with some cartoon shape).I bought one prize for him from there.Any way,totally fine.Thanks Fatima
