I’m writing an updated review for my experience, as I can’t delete or amend my previous one for my son’s haircut. While there were challenges with that, I had a very nice phone call from Chrissy who does seem to truly care for her customers and offered resolutions. In addition, my daughter Talia’s fringe cut was gently done and looks great.
They used to be so much better. The last two times they have been 30 minutes+ late getting to our appointments. And this appointment they didn’t even have one of my kid’s bookings which I had confirmed and paid for with the email etc.
The shop now reflects this. Staff are stressed, kids are unhappy at the wait times. Another parent mentioned to me how it was now pure chaos.
I’ve been coming here for my kids haircuts for 6 years. But I won’t be back again. Real shame.
