Tanni did a wonderful job giving our toddler his first haircut. She helped him feel safe, and he was able to relax and have fun. It looks great, too! We'll definitely go back.

My daughter loved it, but the appointment was rushed. After the haircut the girls get their nails painted and she was rushed to choose the colour and put quickly. Booking should be a bit more spaced to avoid stressing the customer.

The hairdresser was not there when I arrived and as soon as she arrived she grabbed the hair clippers and this scared my 2-year-old baby and he started crying. I tried to calm him down but she kept insisting with the hair clippers and kept telling me that she only had 10 minutes to cut my son's hair. She had no charisma and no understanding with a 2-year-old baby who still doesn't know how to express his emotions. I make it clear that I will not go back there again.
