This is our third trip to Cool Cuts and Rawia has been the best yet! Our son really does not like the process (nothing to do with the hairdressers!) but Rawia tried a different tactic and after 5 minutes the process was the best it’s been, and a lot easier for everyone involved! A very nice place for getting a children’s haircut, our 2.5 year old daughter loved it and Chrissy was great with her. Getting her nails painted was a real novelty!
We were kept waiting for 20 minutes which I don’t mind but there was no acknowledgment or apology. The haircut was the highlight which was the main thing!

We went for our daughter’s first haircut. She moved a bit, but Tatiana was patient and loving with her. The salon was quite busy at the time. She braided her hair and gave her first manicure. Very happy customers, we’ll book again.
