I booked an appointment for my daughter this week and was very disappointed by the new staff. Lazy, unfriendly, definitely not experienced with kids. Shame as we always had a nice experience.

We left disappointed with our son’s haircut. It was much shorter than we asked for, sides were cut unevenly and hair in front of his ears were shaved off completely. There was no hair left for any correction at this point.
