Lovely place but the therapist wasn’t very friendly and from reading the reviews I expected a lot more from her. It was my daughter’s first time having her ears pierced and she talked to me the whole time instead of addressing my daughter and putting her at ease. On top of that, she put the wrong earrings on her so we had to accept them. No apologies whatsoever. Just doing her job! And it’s not a cheap service! Left quite disappointed! No more than 3 stars!
