Our 3rd time here, haircut experience was as good as before, but.. clearly they were understaffed at the moment of our booking, and we ended up waiting 25 minutes after our appointment time for our boy’s haircut that receptionists did not make us aware from the start and she was not really helpful neither to clients (other parent had to ask her 3 timeshow to use xbox before she bother to move from her desk and come to help) nor to hairdressers with cleaning the floors or seats after the cuts

Haircut, styling, etc all great. Just always feels slightly chaotic/ disorganised given the price and pre-booking. Odd smell,daughter left waiting by sink for 5 minutes while hairstylist answered call, car she’d chosen was taken by time she got back.
