We left disappointed with our son’s haircut. It was much shorter than we asked for, sides were cut unevenly and hair in front of his ears were shaved off completely. There was no hair left for any correction at this point.

She was very patient with my daughter who has autism and sensory and processing disorder. My daughter struggles with keeping still and allowing anyone to touch her head let alone cut her hair. The lady was very welcoming, calm and kind and gave a great haircut. We will definitely return again. I highly recommend cool cuts for SEN children.

First time my 2.5 yr old had clippers used on his head and so naturally I was worried about how he'd react but Tatianna did a great job at keeping him distracted! Definitely the best finish on a haircut to date on him from Richmond. He looks real sharp ready for his new nursery next week x
