Our experience was fantastic. Our son had a great time. They really focus on making it fun for the kids and lots of distractions. Lana was great. I'm really happy with the haircut and she was very patient with my son. It was his first haircut and he didn't cry. I'm over the moon! We were also given raisins and a balloon which was a lovely touch :)

Rawia was amazing with my daughter, who was really nervous and getting into a panic Rawia managed to calm her down and wash just lovely with her. I get both my kids haircut here and they absolutely love it :)
