Usually a fab experience but my daughter didn’t enjoy it this time. The staff were not happy to see us and barely spoke to us with little communication about what they were doing.

The result was good and the reception was accommodating and very kind but I do think that a few things would have made our experience better. My daughter has long hair but she skipped the wash. However, we were never asked how we want it styled and whenever I was asking something I felt like I was imposing. I also thought some heat protection spray needed to be used. I think my daughter needed some friendlier manner as well. The result though looked good and lasted thanks to the stylist.
