This hair cut shop was amazing. I’m so grateful for Debbie. My son had a traumatic experience before and he was very scared. We are so happy that after he met the hair dresser he was so relieved and happy about going back after this visit.

This was my daughter's first experience at Cool Cuts, Richmond. It was a very busy Saturday but all the staff made us feel welcome and there was minimal waiting. Debbie is fantastic, particularly for nervous children, and made my daughter feel fantastic! She not only cut her hair, she put it up afterwards and painted her nails too, making her whole hairdressing experience amazing! Thanks Debbie.
