This was not the Ladies I usually have waxing here who are very nice and always do a good job,I would be very surprised if the Therapist I had was qualified.Very aggressive attitude and it was the haphazard and violent style in which she applied the wax that was the issue not the removal of the wax however some skin has been thorn away around my Bikini area leaving it sore.I refused to let her do the Threading and Waxing on my Face because I was very concerned so I had the other Therapist do it
