Have been coming here for a year or so but staff is never consistent. Will now be avoiding at all costs after receiving the worst wax of my life. There was something wrong with the wax and it didn’t go hard. So the therapist had to pick it off. My skin is still red raw three days later. They didn’t take money as they knew it had gone wrong. She called in for help where the other lady just came in and sniggered. Terrible experience.
