A client was sat alone in the shop with flyers and had been instructed to send me to their other shop when I arrived. There the lady asked me to go to a cash point and come back as refused card payments. Had a loyalty scheme they had “paused”. She told me to sit in the chair and then left me whilst she continued to chat away on the phone to her friend. Don’t believe she was qualified. She was aggressive and cut my skin when threading.
