Absolutely awful, if I could give it no stars I would. Room was narrow with strip lighting and generally grotty with pipes exposed. Bed was rickety and covered in plastic and a sheet of paper, I was given one tiny towel to cover myself with. Therapist was heavy handed, kept snorting?!?! Which was disgusting to hear. Products weren’t very nice and she kept rubbing it really roughly On my face and into my eyes, in general she was very heavy handed, I felt like I was a piece of meat she was tenderising!!! I have come away red and blotchy and feel like I need another facial to fix it! No neck/shoulder massage, she seemed to be busy talking to other customers outside and her phone was going too so she was more concerned with that. Not a nice experience at all, they clearly haven’t had any proper training,
She asked me if I was relaxed afterwards, complete joke!! Stay away!!!

Relaxed atmosphere Swathi was very efficient at the time I was the only customer in the shop, she was very thorough and I was really pleased with the results,
