The facial was a bit disappointing. I have had a lot better. There was no music until the very end of the session, it was not very warm in the room and the bed was really hard! The products smelt quite cheap. Bit basic for £40 charge.

I arrived for my appointment earlier than scheduled as was seen straight away. Very quick and efficient, I will definitely come again!
Eyebrow Threading
The threading was fairly good but she didn't seem to have a clue that I was booked in for 4. I was left waiting for more than 10 minutes while she treated other people who hadn't booked and there was no apology for the delay.
