I have mixed feelings about my visit. The lady was lovely.. Just I felt she rushed to leave early. The highlights on top of my head- the fringe - was washed away very soon after applying. It ended up yellowish. She tried to recover by few more pack over that area but it had not really helped. The reason I am willing to pay a lot for professional service is to avoid the yellow tones. Not excited this time.
