The staff weren’t there on time to open the salon and the waxing wasn’t very thorough.
Went for the hair Botox treatment. They did not do this properly and missed out steps that other salons did. The stylist did not talk to me at all and was speaking to other staff in their language the whole time doing my hair. Whilst they left the treatment on they left me alone in silence as their was no music on, no magazines, and they all sat on their phones which was awkward as I was the only client. They used cheap or old straighteners which shredded my hair as the plates were catching. Damaged my hair a lot.
Always welcoming and the treatments are excellent. My shellac ped lasts two to three months that good and no nail damage. Very pleased with Fran and Maria they are amazing.
