Just had a fantastic haircut from Copacabana! The staff were so lovely and even kept the salon open late for me after I was delayed arriving! The cut itself is great - one of the best I've ever had. I'm just about to go and book my next visit. 💖
Turned up for the appointment and the place was shut. There was a young lady at the door who said 'yeah we're closed the guy is calling you'- I told her to get him to call me ASAP- nothing. Seems like no one was actually bothered. Later got an email from treatwell saying the owner was trying to get hold of me- I received no phone call or emails. Shouldn't advertise as open if not. Complained to treatwell and also heard nothing back. I understand things happen- but to not receive any communication is terrible.
Professional service and excellent treatment. My therapist was very meticulous, my second time here. My last shellac lasted 2 months and a bit. Thats why I am back. Also they were so generous to remove my shellac for free. I will be back. Lastly very friendly.
It Was alright they seemed a bit distracted but alright
